OUR STORY
A dog can change your life...
We know that first hand. It was 12-year-old Kevin's longing for a pet dog that catalyzed his family's move from California to Texas. Kevin's mom told him they couldn't get a dog until they had a house with a backyard, but California's crippling housing costs made this impossible. For Kevin, the solution was obvious: he begged his mom to relocate to Texas.
One very long road trip and fifteen years later, grown up Kevin and his wife Hope are proud to provide families all over Texas with top-notch puppies and a first-rate adoption experience. We are a small in-home breeder, and our breeding dogs are our personal pets. This means that each of our puppies gets all the snuggles and attention they need to be ready to transition seamlessly into your family!
OUR COMMITMENT
As dog owners ourselves, we understand the importance of researching your future fur baby's background. You need to be able to trust your breeder's ethics and intentions. As people of faith, we carry strong moral convictions that guide us in every decision we make, particularly regarding the integrity of our business. We are a small family operation, not a puppy farm. And dogs are God's creatures, not an object.
In addition to a safe environment and high-quality nutrition, we believe that puppies need affection, plenty of socialization and handling, and room to run and play. We are committed to treating your puppy as one of our own family, until that day we can place him or her into your arms. Thank you for trusting us!
OUR MAMA DOGS
We started this journey years ago as the proud parents of two stunning and brilliant Golden Retriever mamas. Penny (who has since passed on) was a lover to her core; she was spunky, playful, and eager to please with her whole heart. She would skip meals for a snuggle in a heartbeat. Tesla is the queen of the backyard; she is sweet, maternal, and supremely chill. Her only weakness is belly rubs. We added Magnolia to the mix a while later, and she is the most laid-back, loving, and trainable Golden Retriever we have ever known.
All of our dogs have proven themselves to be devoted, attentive, and affectionate mothers. And their genes are golden! See the "Available Litters" page for details concerning Magnolia and Tesla's excellent health and genetic test results. We couldn't be more proud of them!

Penny and Tesla were sisters and littermates. Little did we know when we brought them home that this would foreshadow a further addition to our family: another pair of girlies, our human twin daughters, born less than a year later!
